Where We Ship

We currently ship to all European Union member states.

Shipping Costs

A shipping fee is applied to every order and calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the carrier selected. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days across the EU. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier. We cannot guarantee delivery dates during peak periods.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received your order within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at inbox@soulmoi.com.

Customs and VAT

All prices displayed on our website include EU VAT. No additional customs duties apply for deliveries within the European Union.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or because the package was not collected in time, any re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
