By accessing or placing an order on www.soulmoi.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. About SoulMoi
SoulMoi is an e-commerce store selling hair and scalp care products. Contact: inbox@soulmoi.com.
2. Products
Our products are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and efficacy information are provided for informational purposes. Results may vary between individuals. Our products are cosmetic formulations and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition or concern, consult a healthcare professional.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Completing the checkout process constitutes a binding offer to purchase. Your order is accepted and a contract formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable EU VAT. Prices may change without notice prior to your order being placed. Payment is processed at the time of order via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. SoulMoi does not store your card details.
5. Shipping
We ship to European Union member states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns and Refunds
As personal care products, our items cannot be returned once opened or used. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for completely unopened, sealed products under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Damaged or incorrect orders are handled separately. See our Refund Policy for full details.
7. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically on the frequency you select at checkout. You will be charged to the original payment method on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date by emailing inbox@soulmoi.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
8. Consumer Rights (EU)
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or Italian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771/EU). If any provision of these Terms conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of SoulMoi and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulMoi’s liability to you is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law and applicable EU regulations. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at inbox@soulmoi.com to resolve the matter informally. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Italian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
